What's New in the 2018 Nissan Rogue?

Not much has changed with the 2018 Rogue, making the still available 2017 editions at our Nissan dealer serving Matthews, Mooresville and Kannapolis a great deal if you're looking to save. On the other hand though, the improvements that have been made in the 2018 Rogue are significant. For driving safe on the highway, the newly available ProPilot assist is a semi-autonomous system that accelerates, brakes and even steers your Rogue in certain conditions. Other improvements include standard Apple CarPlay and Android Auto on all trim levels, as well as extra USB ports throughout.

Performance and Engine in the 2018 Nissan Rogue

Powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder with 170 horsepower and 175 pound-feet of torque, the new Rogue is perfectly capable for all kinds of driving. At the same time, you can earn close to 33 mpg on the highway, making the Rogue one of the more efficient compact crossovers. You can choose AWD if you like, and you'll also want to consider the optional third row of seating inside.

Safety and Technology in the 2018 Nissan Rogue

Beyond the smartphone integration apps we touched upon above, the Rogue is well-equipped with the likes of a rearview camera, Bluetooth, a touchscreen and more. Standard safety features include blind-spot monitoring, rear cross-traffic alert and automatic emergency braking. Move up and you'll add more technology and safety, with higher trims adding a power liftgate, keyless entry, push-button ignition, adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning and intervention, upgraded automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection and more.

The base S edition of the new 2018 Rogue starts you off nicely, with an assortment of features for convenience, connectivity and safety. Fuel efficiency maxes out at around 33 mpg on the highway. Choosing the available AWD will lower that figure a bit, but will provide you with strong traction and control on the road during bad weather. Look below to see what else is included in the new 2018 Rogue S.
