The sales consultant, Javier Lagunas, and the sales manager, Mike Smith, communicated with us along the way and it was the perfect amount of communication. They didn’t force us to purchase anything each time we visited. They always took their time with us and helped us in any way. When it came to numbers, we usually get attitudes from the finance department, but it all went smoothly. They all were very nice and even engaged with our infant daughter. Overall, it was a relaxed and fair experience. Customer service was the best around by far!
